The member pages can be viewed on a PC using Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Firefox. On the Mac, Firefox is the preferred browser. The Opera browser on the Mac does not seem to have sufficient functionality to adequately display several web pages on this site.

Welcome - You have successfully logged on

All public forums are now open to you to create new posts, or topics, and to reply to comments generated by others. Posts to these forums are moderated. So, while your new topic posts or reply's may be viewable to you, there will be a delay before they are generally available for public viewing. Please feel free to create new topics or replies to comments; keeping in mind that these forums are not for debating. There are no wrong questions or answers, the moderator will handle that. Consider giving your ideas based on your own experience while recognizing that others may express themselves in a different way and have something different to say.

Extra Buttons!

Now that you have logged on as a church member, extra buttons now appear on the button bar on the right. What are they for? Their intent is to provide you with a higher degree of access to church information, documents, and even inspiration. There are lots more Forums just for members and committees. So, check it all out!

Lists

The drop down menu selections under Lists allow you to display the databases of the members of each committee, the contacts for each committee, and the church's vendors with their schedules. The committee and committee contacts can be updated, deleted, and modified by you. Entries in the vendor database can be updated and deleted only by certain members appointed by the board. Please exercise caution when you consider deleting records from any database. Also, try not to delete a record just because you don't recognize it, especially if it is assigned to another committee. By collecting records in these databases, a knowledge base is created and maintained for future committees who may elect to take advantage of this information.

Calendar

This is the private calendar for our church. The usher schedule, Reading Room schedule, membership meetings, board meetings, and committee meetings can all be viewed in this calendar. While this calendar is hosted by Zvents.com, events in this calendar are private for members only. At the top right of the calendar is the navigation menu for selecting the desired view. You can also click on a specific day to see it's schedule.

Photo Center

Have a great picture? Upload it to one of the albums in the Photo Center. The maximum picture size if 50K so you will need to shrink it down to be accepted. Once your picture is up, others can comment on it. Let us know if have a suggestion for a new album.

Directory

Members can get details about other members in the directory. If you don't see yourself listed, click on Edit Profiles and complete the form. Information has changed? Simple, click on Edit Profiles in the directory and change your information. Only you can update your profile and no one else. View Profile lets you see a complete view of everything you have provided.

Files

What are you looking for? What ever it is, you can download it at look at it in Files. Click on each folder icon to view its contents. Then click on the desired document to open it or download it to your computer. Click on the Menu button at the top right of the File widget to change to list view or to sort by type. On the top left side of the Files widget is the navigation menu to return to the previous folder. Documents in the Files widget can only be opened or downloaded by members.
